If you've been behind the story..... Herbert steals a laser that can take out the sun, which is invented by Gary for the Halloween Party!!! Herbet sent in to the newspaper a question to the ask gary article and put his name as hubert p bear gary didnt notice because it wasn't spelt right and herbert asked how to make one!!!!!
