Today, I was waddling around Club Penguin when my spy phone turned blue so that's means there's a new message, I clicked my spy phone and 2 new messages came out, take a look below for the messages:

1st message says:
Attention agents:the Comm App is now secure. We're beginning Operation:Hibernation-our plan to capture Herbert. Orders soon.
2nd Message says:
Temperature at Toughest Mountain has dropped by 115%. According to my calculations,that should be enough to put Herbert into hibernation.
