The aswer to this EPF mission is in
the cave at the window. Click on your
map and click the plaza. When you are
there hover over the drain inbetween the
stage and pet shop and click. When it has
loaded go to the midow window and your
Spy Phone should ring. Then you have to
have a game of master mind and win.
